JACQUELYN MAYFIELD, founder and president Ms. Mayfield brings an unparalleled range of experiences in business, government, health care and legal settings to her work as a career and leadership consultant to the legal profession.
Over the last 12 years, she has designed and implemented a series of uniquely effective approaches to attorney recruitment, development, and outplacement. Her consulting to law firms has enhanced the quality of new attorneys and significantly reduced early career attrition. Her successful career transition coaching is both structured and compassionate, producing an extremely successful reemployment rate.
Ms. Mayfield’s business experience includes work as an executive leadership consultant with KRW International, a premier executive development organization, to which she continues to consult, and varied positions in the international marketing division of Mobil Oil Corporation, where she worked with senior management in developing and implementing worldwide marketing communications strategies. Prior to her employment at Mobil Oil, Ms. Mayfield held positions in the U. S. House of Representatives, The White House, and Time Magazine.
Ms. Mayfield is a board member of the Creative Visions Foundation and serves on the advisory boards of The New Ellis Group, Madison Square Boys and Girls Club and American India Foundation. She is a philanthropist and involved supporter of numerous non-profit organizations in New York City, Boston, and international locales.
