LISA TERRIZZI is a career coach, outplacement consultant and attorney. A frequent speaker on issues related to attorney career development and alternative careers for lawyers, she also chairs the Lawyers in Transition Committee of the Massachusetts Bar Association, a forum which assists attorneys with all types of career transitions by providing them with practical information, resources, networking opportunities and support necessary to effect a successful transition.

Ms. Terrizzi was a litigation and regulatory associate at two large Boston law firms before transitioning into higher ed administration at Harvard, where she managed a large federal wage and hour statutory compliance project for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and advised academic departments and research centers in all areas of human resources management.

Ms. Terrizzi received a B.A. degree, with honors and with distinction, from Barnard College, Columbia University, and a J.D. from the Washington College of Law, American University, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Administrative Law Journal and received the T. Morton McDonald award for excellence in legal research and writing. Ms. Terrizzi held a judicial clerkship with the New Hampshire Superior Court before beginning practice.
